Alan Bassal is an accomplished management advisor, facilitator, coach and workshop leader, with international experience working at all levels in organisations from front line staff to Board level and senior executives.

Participants benefit from his wealth of practical experience gained from his work with over 18,000 people. And from his involvement over the last 21 years in facilitating organisational change and learning and development in both private and public sector organisations.


His area of expertise is in the transformation of leaders and organisations using coaching and facilitation at the personal, interpersonal and team levels. Enhancing leadership awareness, building business relationship skills, developing strategic thinking, planning deployment, team development, and interpersonal skills.


Alan has facilitated and implemented effective goal setting methodologies to increase accountability and personal responsibility. In 1998 he formed a private company which developed and took to market a leading edge web based business planning software application. As co-managing director, he lead his own team and was responsible for software design, testing, sales and implementation as well as the financial and strategic direction of the business. The software received a certificate of achievement from AusIndustry in 2003.


Coaching clients particularly benefit from Alan’s depth of experience. They receive individual support to get perspective on the issues they face, and are assisted to develop the most appropriate strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.
