Shoshana brings 22 years of experience supporting learning and development in private and public organisations. Her work includes leading skill development programs, facilitating meetings, resolving conflicts, mediating and coaching. She brings an enthusiasm and caring that comes with being passionate about her chosen field.

As an experienced and skilful workshop leader, Shoshana has worked with over 200 organisations around Australia and South East Asia. Her success is due to her style which is dynamic and participative. Her focus is on self awareness and practical skills – ensuring participants gain both the personal insights and the skills that increase emotional intelligence and improve both individual and organisational performance.


She has extensive experience in facilitating executive forums, special purpose meetings, team conflicts, team development processes and change management processes. She has had exceptional success in mediating interpersonal issues, partnership issues, coaching Senior Executives and Managers particularly in the area of personal empowerment and relationship management.

She has worked with many organisations and teams in redesigning their meetings so they become the place where people express views and collaborate on problem solving. Working with the variety of emotional and relationship issues which occur in organisations undergoing change.

Her passion is in providing the shifts, skills and processes that get the real issues on the table and addressed collaboratively.

Shoshana has continued her professional development throughout her career by regularly attending courses both in Australia and the United States on the latest developments in the fields of leadership development, interpersonal skills and people management.


Some examples of Shoshana’s work are

  • Delivering our ‘Maximising Meetings’ programs to over 250 C.E.O.s through The Executive Connection. Meeting facilitation programs for Watson Wyatt Worldwide, AMP, Bankers Trust.
  • Working with Defence Housing Authority in a time of major change within the organisation. This included team development programs for all Head Office areas, most of the 24 Housing Management Centres across Australia and coaching managers.
  • Facilitated team development programs – incorporating meeting and feedback skills to the Senior Executive and to all teams in the Australian Public Service Commission.
  • Change Management programs for St George Bank, NRMA, UTS, SBS, and Spencer TAFE Executive and Management team.
  • Developed and delivered the “Building Business Relationships” program for IBM. The program was delivered over 35 times for Project Managers in Australia and was so successful in changing how Managers manage their client relationships, that it was extended to 4 countries in Asia.
